Bill King is an internationally recognized authority on business attraction and retention. As the longtime editor-in-chief of Expansion Management, an award-winning international site location and economic development magazine, he spent a decade-and-a-half working closely with business leaders and corporate site selectors, as well as with state and local economic development professionals.
 
Bill previously spent a career as a U.S. Army officer, serving in a wide variety of progressively challenging leadership positions all around the world, including serving on General Schwarzkopf's staff during the first Gulf War. He is a graduate of Texas A&M and holds a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Peggy Muckelroy has spent the past 20 years in the employment field in various capacities. Her background includes such diverse areas as work force issues, incentive programs, grant writing and demographic databases.
 
She is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and is a Certified Workforce Expert by the National Workforce Institute. She is also a graduate of the TEDC Economic Development Basic Course.

With 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, Misty Roe is committed to the success of local businesses and industries.
 
A native of Nacogdoches, Misty has had extensive involvement in small business and corporate start-ups, real estate and marketing.  She is a 2009 graduate of the TEDC Basic Economic Development Course.
