Property Tax Appraisal

The Nacogdoches Central Appraisal District is responsible for the determination of market value of taxable property, as well as the administration of exemptions and special valuations authorized by the local entities and the State of Texas.

It appraises property ad valorem taxation for the following taxing authorities: Nacogdoches County; the cities of Nacogdoches, Cushing and Garrison; the Municipal Utility District (MUD); the fire districts of Cushing and Douglas; and these school districts (Central Heights, Cushing, Chireno, Douglass, Etoile, Garrison, Martinsville, Nacogdoches, and Woden).

Property Data Search: This will allow you to search Real Property by Owner Name, by Property Address, by Account Number or by Parcel ID.
